Dataset Basics
Hendricks County, Indiana, acquired orthophotography imagery spring 2007. The County contracted with GRW to acquire the imagery. GRW provided FGDC metadata in an archived Web Page with a .mht file extension format. The imagery was acquired from April 1, 2007, to April 16, 2007, using Zeiss RMK Top15 cameras. Image spatial resolution is 0.5 foot.
The Indianapolis Mapping and Geographic Infrastructure System staff provided a copy of the tiled GeoTIFF and MrSID MG3 images to University Information Technology Services (UITS) at Indiana University. UITS created an ECW mosaiced, compressed image of the county. All images and mosaics are in Indiana State Plane West 1302.

Each image is archived in a .zip file which includes the image and all ancillary files provided to UITS.

Purchase Data on DVD
